Terms of use for my dream account
Thank you for using the TheHouse48 App ("Dream Account" or the "Service"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the TheHouse48 website, apps, APIs, and widgets. Please read these Terms carefully before accessing or using Dream Account. By accessing or using Dream Account, you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, our Community Guidelines, and any future modifications.
Dream Account is a visualization platform that allows you to explore home designs, dream destinations, and create a lifestyle you desire. Some content is promoted by users. We strive to ensure that promoted content remains relevant and interesting to you.
You must be able to legally form a binding contract with TheHouse48 Inc. and comply with all applicable laws to use Dream Account. Access is prohibited for anyone under 13 years old or under the age of majority in their jurisdiction. By using Dream Account, you confirm you meet these eligibility requirements.
Subject to these Terms and our policies, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Dream Account.
For commercial use of Dream Account, you must create a business account and agree to our Business Terms of Service. Using Dream Account commercially without a business account constitutes a violation of these Terms.
You retain ownership of any content you post on Dream Account ("User Content"). However, you are solely responsible for such User Content.
By posting User Content, you grant TheHouse48 and our users a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, distribute and create derivatives of your User Content solely for operating, developing and providing Dream Account. We may remove or modify User Content that violates these Terms, our Guidelines, or policies.
After account termination or User Content removal, we may retain your User Content for backup, archival or legal purposes. Other users may also continue using, storing or distributing any of your shared User Content.
Any feedback, comments or suggestions you provide are considered non-confidential, and TheHouse48 is free to use such input without compensation or attribution.
