  • Property listings: property details, images, pricing, location (address, city, country), and listing descriptions submitted by sellers.
  • Dream Account content: photos, titles, descriptions, and category selections you upload to your Dream Account.
  • Communications: messages sent through our in-app messaging system, contact forms, concierge requests, and support enquiries.
  • Financial information: Dream Wallet balance, referral codes, savings goals, and transaction records. We do not store full payment card details — payments are processed by our certified third-party payment processor.
  • Identity verification: government-issued ID document type, document number, and document images if you voluntarily submit identity verification.

b) Information Collected Automatically

  • Usage data: pages visited, features used, search queries, posts liked or saved, and time spent on the platform.
  • Device information: device type, operating system, browser type, IP address, and unique device identifiers.
  • Log data: access times, referring URLs, and error logs.
  • Location data: approximate location derived from your IP address. We do not collect precise GPS location without your explicit consent.

c) Information from Third Parties

  • Google Sign-In: if you authenticate via Google, we receive your name, email address, and profile picture from Google in accordance with your Google account permissions.
  • Referrals: if another user refers you, we receive a referral code linking the accounts for bonus purposes.

  • Display property listings, Dream Account content, and investment opportunities relevant to your preferences.

  • Send transactional emails such as account verification, password resets, and booking confirmations.
  • Send promotional communications about new features, properties, and offers — you may opt out at any time.
  • Detect, investigate, and prevent fraudulent activity, security incidents, and violations of our Terms of Service.

    • Amazon Web Services (AWS S3) — cloud storage for property and profile images.
    • Amazon SES / Nodemailer — transactional and notification email delivery.
    • Google — authentication (Google Sign-In) and maps (property location).
    • Stripe — payment processing for subscription plans and wallet transactions.
    • OpenAI — AI assistant responses (query text and contextual property data are sent to OpenAI to generate answers; no personal identifiers are included in prompts).
  • Other users: your public profile (name, profile photo, listings) is visible to other users of the platform. Dream Account posts you publish are visible to other users unless set to private.
  • Legal requirements: we may disclose your information if required by law, court order, or government authority, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of TheHouse48, our users, or the public.
  • Business transfers: in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. You will be notified via email or a prominent notice on our Services.

5. Cookies & Tracking

We use cookies and similar technologies to:

  • Keep you signed in (session cookies).
  • Remember your preferences and settings.
  • Analyse usage patterns to improve the platform.
